BATTERIES WON'T HELP IN THE MOVING

Your time of day has a split personality -- sometimes it's sweat-streaked and loud, and you're on the dance floor, getting your third wind, and shouting lyrics like you'll never run out of energy. You are the time of night that carves itself into your memory forever, because you'll never forget how much you love these people and this moment and this song. It's not always about unforgettable parties, though. Sometimes your late night (err? early morning) burst of energy happens when you're home alone. Those are the times when you say, "I flat out refuse to go to sleep until I finish reading this book, or typing this page, or reorganizing my entire closet." In either case, you are the time of night when it feels sort of forbidden to be awake, but you love accomplishing something special long after everyone else went to bed. And hey -- you can always catch up on sleep tomorrow, right?

Lately it has been a coming together of all sorts. i've been trying to learn some patience or rather, forced to. change has been happening all around. or rather have started a long time ago already. but things started making more sense this week. and sense from sight. i met my new classmates on monday during orientation. they all seemed pretty fine. but to say that i had a good impression of them at the first start? maybe not. class is seperated into 2 sides. quiet and the noisy. saints and the devils. faggots and the non- fags. or whatever you may like to call it. i belong to the quiet side though and im thankful for that. and friends? i 've made some. they seem to be rather nice people though. people whom connections that i've made that have never seem to go out of way yet. but i'll never know. only time will tell.

Flag day was today. Nothing much though. just the stardard stuff. collected 50 bucks though or somewhat figures revolving around that number. just pretty worn out now. its been quite a day. didn't go for the freshmen party though. no regrets. Johnathon called me while im on the way home telling me that it sucked. Bad food, bad music and stuff.

Went back to stpats on wed. last minute decision though, with Edmund to collect our O level certs and at the same time check out how things are going at NP. and i must say that no air beats the fresh air back at east coast. period. Saw the new batch of sec1 intakes. reminds me of my sec1 times. edmund and i ran 1.6 with them. at the end of the day, we had debriefing with the NCOs regarding certain stuff. im just hoping they really took in the words edmund and i said. i brought my collection can along too and collected quite a fair bit from everyone from the teacher to the cadets.

Stories have been spinning from around me as well, directed and played by actor-like friends. all the world's a stage.

the upcoming days are gonna be fun. school is starting next monday. and upon this new journey, slowly, i will uncovering new secrets, find new life. or perhaps... let it find me.

I just wanna fall back onto this world.
