New faces on same old bodies.
Alright I went back to singapore poly today with Mark to complete my enrolment. Johnathon was supposed to come but fell sick at the last minute. Fever, puking, blanking out and stuff. Just like the old secondary school times. HAHA.
What do I have to say about enrolment? Everything was pretty efficient. Its just like amazing race with queue numbers at every station. I too had my sp student card made and also bought myself a laptop at the end of the day, but had barely touched it. For some odd reason, I don't feel excited like other kids whose faces gleamed at the sight of finally owning their own laptops. Oh well.
Mark and I then went around visiting the cca clubs. And once you embark on the self guided tour there was no turning back. Seriously haha. There were so many clubs each wanting you to join their orientation camps. I literally left my particulars with every club with no promises that I will attend their camps. Those people were very friendly, especially the people from the sports club and the community service club!

Tell me, how can one not be scared after seeing that sign? :)
Later on we met up with mike to catch a movie. Rule #1. I think we were the only people laughing in the whole damn cinema. It wasn't that great nor that bad. Bumped into an old time buddy - Darren Chew. He has gone to the ITE now doing aerospace technology. It had always been great meeting up with ex-patricians whom you hardly even talk to in school. But I had quite abit to talk with him. We come a long way back - Pri 1. He is still the same old person, but he seems to carry a new face - new attitude. No longer so much of the crazy wacky fella in secondary school. And yes Potest Qui Vult man! I hope to see him doing great in life just like how i hope my other great friends would. Then I bused my way home =)
And on the bus i thought of how much we have grown...
