Hey People! (WARNING - LONG POST!)

Seems that we have come to the end of 2006. How time flies man.
Lets me recap what I have done after the last post.

Well went orchard quite a few times after that with Daryl, Dominic and all.
Did crosswalk, had dinner on one of those days when Chinping came to sg.
Went to Kenny's place last tues for a day of fun which were meant for the people who went ipoh.
Then went for LYNK retreat at St.Pats from fri till sat.
Played kabadi, pictionary. Whats amazing was that my team won pictionary. We were at the last during the start until Alexstine mentioned the tortise and the hare story. Then unexpectedly we won at the end.
Lost my wallet on my way home. Fell asleep in the bus so did not notice till I got off. But thanks to Mark, I got my wallet back. Thanks!
On sunday which was the last day of 2006 (yesterday), went out for dinner with Kenny, Daryl, Dom and the rest again.
At night after dinner, went with Daryl and Joseph to go Esplanade to catch fireworks due to countdown.
Then I had this call from a friend. Damn funny. Shan't name who that person is.
That friend called me but due to phone jam so I don't think that friend of mine got through me.
So I called that person back.
First thing I expected was a new year greeting lah of course.
Instead that friend asks, "How is xxx? When xxx becomes your gf, must tell me ah!"
Was like what the hell lah. Anyway was interesting. This part is bullshit man.

Alright back to recap-ing 2006.
I think it was quite a "give and take" year for me.
Lost some, gained some.
After all this is how life works right? haha.
Kinda screwed up in my exams but at least I felt that I have improved in the final year exam.
Met a hell lot of friends and learnt many life lessons.
Never regretted joining PSB man!
BEING A PEER LEADER CHANGED ME!
PSB ROCKS!
I also got myself listening to metal music. METAL ROCKS! Its ain't all about screaming damnit!

We are all gonna be sec4s in a few days time.
There are bound to have fun, challenges and difficult times coming our way.
But I believe at the last day of 2007, we are all gonna tell ourselves...
"DUDE, I GOT THROUGH IT!"

I think hardly anyone think that I read. Well I do just that I don't bother to tell anyone.

Odd Thomas, Forever Odd - Dean Koontz

Well the book rocks. It talks about this cook named odd thomas. He is able to see the dead. And how he fights to save his loved ones with the aid of his dead friendly friends such as Elvis Presly. The third book is out. And I'm gonna lay my hands on it. Its called "Brother Odd".

Brimstone, Dance of Death, Book Of The Dead - Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child

Its about this FBI agent called Pendergast who struggles to stop the most horrific crime going to be commited by his brother. Sounds lame but its not to me.

The five people you meet in heaven, Tuesdays with Morrie - Mitch Albon

These two books are just great. Go read it and you will know.

Like I said earlier, I bought many albums this year. So I shall name only a few.
Albums listed below are rated based on lyrical themes mostly and abit of the music.

Enter Deception - Cellador (Power)
This album is mainly about hope, freedom and integrity which I feel is linked to my life. This album is somehow like telling us not to not to give up that kind of stuff.

As Daylight Dies - Killswitch Engage (Metal-Core)
Well this is another album with lyrical themes based on hope, positivity and personal struggles. Well actually all the 3 albums listed here are much based on good lyrics which I feel is very related to our lives.

Theater Of Salvation - EdGuy (Power)
This album lyrics are based on destiny and salvation. Hard to explain and I am lazy to explain too.
